Banoffee pie frappe

Bring a malty twist to Veganuary (and beyond!) with our range of hot and cold vegan drinks. We've recreated this banana and caramel classic by blending Horlicks Vegan, bananas and vegan ice-cream.
Ingredients
- 3 heaped tsp Horlicks Vegan
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla ice cream
- 200ml soya milk
- 1 banana + 2 slices for topping
- 20ml vegan caramel sauce or maple syrup
- 1 crumbled vegan biscuit
- pinch of cinnamon
- ice cubes
Method
Place the soya milk, Horlicks Vegan, banana, ice cream and ice in a jug blender and blitz at full speed to make a smooth, creamy drink.
Pour into your favourite glass and top with a squeeze of vegan caramel sauce or maple syrup and top with crumbled biscuit, a few slices of banana and a pinch of cinnamon.
