Cherry bakewell frappe

Bring a malty twist to Veganuary (and beyond) with our hot and cold vegan drink recipes. We've recreated this dessert classic into a delicious frappe by blending Horlicks Vegan, almond milk and cherries.
Ingredients
- 3 heaped tsp Horlicks Vegan
- 200ml almond milk
- 1 scoop vegan-friendly vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 tsp almond essence
- Vegan whipped cream
- 30g chopped cherries
- 1 crumbled vegan biscuit
- Almond flakes
Method
Place the almond milk, Horlicks Vegan, ice cream and almond essence into a jug blender and blitz at full speed to make a smooth, creamy drink.
Chop the cherries and place 2/3 in the bottom of your favourite glass.
Pour your drink over the cherries and top with vegan whipped cream, a few cherries, almond flakes and a crumbled vegan biscuit.
