Horlicks caramel

Bring a hint of Horlicks to any recipe with our caramel sauce recipe. Drizzle across your favourite ice-cream or take your popcorn to the next level with our sweet and sticky, malt-infused caramel.
Ingredients
- 1tbsp Horlicks Original
- 50ml double cream
- 50g unsalted butter
- 100g caster sugar

Method
Mix together the cream and Horlicks Original in a bowl. In a dry pan over a low heat, melt the sugar until it turns a light, golden caramel.
Keeping the pan on the heat, carefully whisk in the cream and butter until you have a smooth caramel sauce, then remove from the heat and serve.
